Hi, my name is Jennifer Bolden. I am a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping you uncover the root causes of trauma and move toward becoming the best version of yourself. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from California Baptist University and completed a Certificate specialization in Alcohol and Other Drug Studies at Palomar College. I am also trained in EMDR and Tholage Neuropsychotherapy, which inform my approach to trauma healing and nervous system regulation.
My therapeutic style is client-centered and strengths-based. I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support you in building coping skills, processing difficult experiences, restoring relationships, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
With experience across outpatient programs, shelters, treatment centers, and child welfare services, I understand the complex challenges individuals, couples, and families face. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I speak both German and conversational Farsi. In my free time, I enjoy exploring California’s natural beauty with my family. I am married with three children and one fur-baby.
Whether you’re seeking healing from the past or hope for the future, I’m here to walk alongside you and support your growth every step of the way.
I am supervised by Carly Herbert, LMFT 96671.
